1. Grant of license
Abedev LLC ("Licensor") grants the customer ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software within the scope of the purchased license (number of devices, users or term).
2. Restrictions
The Licensee may not copy (except for backups), modify, decompile, rent out or pass on the software to third parties. License keys are personal and must not be published.
3. Subscriptions and cloud services
Subscriptions renew automatically for the booked period unless cancelled before the end of the period. If an invoice remains unpaid, access may be suspended after the grace period. Cloud data is deleted after the retention period following the end of the subscription.
4. Updates and support
Updates are provided during the maintenance period included in the license or for the duration of the subscription.
5. Warranty and liability
The software is provided with the care customary in the industry. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for injury to life, body or health and for breaches of essential contractual obligations; in this case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract and to the amount paid for the license.
6. Final provisions
The law of Georgia applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
